In this morning's Salt Lake Tribune I read the obituary of Nad Puzey. It suggests he died in Spring City, he will be buried there on Saturday September 17. Particulars can be read at www.rasmussenmortuary.com
Nad is lauded as one of Utah's original cowboys, a family man, a horse man. A friend. He was born in Spring City the tenth child of Albert and Martha Beck Puzey. Long a resident of Riverton (and that area of the Salt Lake valley) he returned to Spring City when he retired. "God's country", he is quoted. He is survived by seven children, one brother, his second wife, 31 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
I will tell more of Nad when I get to the grandchildren of Lydia Pollard Puzey.
