Thomas Clayton Holding, Jr had three daughters, for which I have yet to find biographical information.
Virginia Holding, married 1 November 1944 Salt Lake City to Augustus Hibbard.
Merle Dean Holding, married a Mr Larsen.
Helen Holding, married a Mr Shively.

Bessie Lovina Holding, 6 October 1917 - 13 Dec 1999, married 13 Jul 1938 to Clarence Richard Jacob, 1913-1993. Bessie worked in the Trust department of First Security Bank and also for the University of Utah Medical Library. She played and taught Piano and was active in the LDS church. She and her husband were survived by two children, Brent Richard and Terri.
Howard Allen Holding, 15 January 1922 to 6 February 1946, Ensign, US Navy, missing at sea. Memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, American Cemetery in Manila, Philippines. Awarded Air Medal and Purple Heart.
Terrence Boyd Holding, husband to Beverly Kay Hand, 1930 - 1991. They are parents to Howard C and Mary Allison. Mary Allison died 1957 age 3 years. Boyd later remarried and is the father also of Ann, Abigail and Stephanie, with wife Cheryl.
Grandchildren by Mark Wilton Holding:
Janet Holding, born Salt Lake City 3 May 1925, passed away in St George, Utah on 16 December 1995. Married 1944 Frederick Atkins, later divorced; married 1947 Raymond Schluter.
Mark "Mac" Donald Holding, husband of Marjorie K Brimely who passed away 2009 in Salt Lake City. They were married in 1948, becoming parents to Ronald M, Steven K, and Shelly Ann.

Hi, I came across this page while doing some internet searches about my grandmother and her side of the family. Virginia Holding was my paternal grand mother. She married Winfred Noel Smith, then Mr. Hibbard and then John Davies.
ReplyDeleteMerle was married to Jack Larsen who was a very talented artist and is now passed away. Merle and Helen are my grand aunts and I do not know much about them.
